How PapelShip Works

A practical overview of how merchants use PapelShip to run digital product stores, payment workflows, API integrations, and post-sale operations.

1. Store Setup

Merchants start by creating a store, configuring basic settings, and preparing the storefront or API-based operating mode. This includes store identity, payment preferences, product structure, and business logic.

2. Products and Payment Methods

Sellers add products, categories, pricing, digital assets, and delivery rules. They also connect supported payment methods, including crypto-friendly options and gateway integrations.

This stage turns the platform into a working sales environment rather than a static page. The merchant can decide how products are presented, paid for, and delivered.

3. Invoices and Checkout Flow

When a customer places an order, PapelShip creates an invoice, applies the relevant checkout logic, and prepares the payment flow. This can include standard payment methods, crypto payment instructions, and operational checks tied to the order.

4. Delivery and Automation

After payment succeeds, PapelShip can trigger automated delivery, inventory actions, license or access logic, customer-side notifications, and internal processing rules.

This reduces manual work and makes the platform especially useful for digital products, software, and access-based commerce.

5. Wallets, Reporting and Operations

Merchants can then monitor invoices, payments, revenue, transaction history, wallet balances, and operational analytics. This makes PapelShip more than a storefront. It becomes the merchant's commerce control layer.

API-Based Mode

For sellers who want deeper control, PapelShip includes API-based workflows with API keys, webhook handling, setup tracking, and programmable operations. This is useful for custom systems, SaaS businesses, developer-focused sales, and external automation pipelines.

The result is a commerce platform that supports both regular store management and advanced, system-driven operations.
