Every payment attempt gets a risk score. You set the rules, and suspicious traffic is blocked automatically.
Fraud protection
Fraud is the hidden cost of selling online: refunds, disputes, lost products and lost time. PapelShip evaluates every attempt that reaches your checkout using IP, email, device and behavioural signals, and stops risky transactions before an order is created. What gets blocked is always your decision.

Features
Every payment attempt is scored on five signals:
Each visitor's country, city, internet provider and network are identified. VPNs, proxies, Tor, hosting networks, anonymisers and iCloud Private Relay are flagged.
Define rate limits by IP, email, device fingerprint and number of invoices, plus geographic anomalies, a risk score threshold and cooldown periods. For each rule, choose to block, notify or only log, and give it a severity and a priority.
On specific products, block purchases made over a VPN or proxy, cap purchases per customer, or require a verification form before purchase.
Block IP and email addresses permanently. Your rules can also ban by IP, email or browser for a set period.
The fraud dashboard's Overview, Rules, Events and Bans tabs show clearly what was blocked and why.
Stripe disputes sync automatically and show up on the order. Customer complaints go through a fair process, with a store response and a platform review.
