Triage
Reports are prioritized by severity. Fraud, malware and leaks are escalated first.

Investigation
Our Trust & Safety team reviews the evidence, store activity and license history.
04 · Same day
Action taken
Licenses revoked, stores suspended or payouts frozen when a violation is confirmed.
05 · Follow-up
Resolution
You receive an update with the outcome. Complex cases may take a little longer.
