Platform Role & Responsibilities

PapelShip operates as a digital commerce infrastructure provider and marketplace hosting platform. We provide the technology, payment processing infrastructurre, and tools—including our proprietary qPapel authentication system—that enable merchants (store owners) to create, manage, and sell their digital products and software licenses (C++/C#). PapelShip does not sell, produce, or directly control products or services listed on merchant storefronts. All products, pricing, descriptions, delivery methods, and service quality are the sole responsibility of the individual merchant operating each store. As a hosting and infrastructure provider, PapelShip has no affiliation, partnership, or business relationship with the products or services sold through third-party stores on our platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchases from Merchant Stores

When you purchase a product, license key, or service from any store hosted on PapelShip, your transaction is directly between you (the buyer) and the merchant (store owner). PapelShip facilitates payment processing and automated license fulfillment but does not become a party to the sale.

Therefore:

  • Refund requests for products or digital licenses purchased from merchant stores must be directed to the merchant (store owner) first. Each merchant sets their own refund and return policies.

  • PapelShip does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or delivery of any product sold by merchants on the platform.

  • PapelShip is not responsible for disputes between buyers and merchants regarding product quality, software compatibility, delivery failures, or misrepresentation.

Fraud & Scam Reports

If you believe you have been scammed or defrauded by a store operating on PapelShip, you may contact us through the following channels:

  • Email: support@papelship.com / abuse@papelship.com

  • Live Chat: Available on our website

  • Discord: discord.gg/papelship

  • Report Abuse Page: papelship.com/abuse

  • Contact Form: papelship.com/contact

While PapelShip is not liable for the actions of individual merchants, we take fraud reports seriously. Upon receiving a valid report, we will:

  • Investigate the reported store, qPapel license activity, and transaction logs.

  • Suspend or terminate stores found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service.

  • Cooperate with payment providers, gateway partners, and law enforcement agencies when required.

  • Provide necessary transaction records when legally obligated.

PapelShip Subscriptions & Platform Fees

For payments made directly to PapelShip (such as Vaultie or PapelShip+ subscription plans, premium features, or platform service fees):

  • Subscription fees (billed monthly or annually, including €5.99/mo or €2.50/mo annual Vaultie plans, and €14.99/mo or €119/yr PapelShip+ plans) are non-refundable once activated and access is granted.

  • Platform service fees and commission charges (Crypto 1.00% / POS 0.50% on Free; Crypto 0.50% / POS 0.29% on Vaultie; 0% on PapelShip+) are non-refundable once the associated transaction has successfully executed.

  • If you experience billing errors or unauthorized charges related to your PapelShip account, please contact us at support@papelship.com within 30 days of the charge.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, card network, or payment provider:

  • The merchant is responsible for responding to and resolving the dispute with appropriate proof of delivery or qPapel license activation logs.

  • PapelShip reserves the right to hold or freeze disputed funds in the merchant's wallet until the dispute is formally resolved.

  • Excessive chargebacks or carding activity will result in immediate merchant account termination and blacklisting per our Terms of Service.

Digital Product Nature & qPapel Licenses

Due to the digital nature of products sold on PapelShip (software licenses, qPapel C++/C# digital keys, instant downloads, files, and subscriptions), refunds are generally not possible once license delivery or activation has occurred. Digital goods and key activations cannot be "returned" or revoked in a traditional physical sense.

We encourage buyers to:

  • Review product descriptions, technical requirements, HWID binding rules, and merchant policies carefully before purchasing.

  • Contact the merchant directly for technical support or product issues before filing a payment dispute.

  • Use our Report Abuse portal (papelship.com/abuse) if you suspect fraudulent activity or policy violations.
