PapelShip is a digital commerce and software protection platform for software developers, digital creators and online merchants. It combines a storefront, card and crypto checkout and instant delivery of keys and files with qPapel Auth licensing and qPAnalyzer threat detection, in one dashboard.

Create your account in a few minutes, with no setup fee. Complete the registration, choose your store name, then start shaping your storefront or connecting payment gateways straight away.

Yes. Free costs €0 and includes license keys, server-side strings and files, and Remote Settings. Vaultie (€5.99 a month) adds more products, resellers and staff panels, and PapelShip+ (€14.99 a month) adds qPAnalyzer and 0% fees on crypto and card payments. See pricing for the full comparison.

No. You can open a store without a setup fee. Plan prices and the fees that apply on each plan are listed on the pricing page.

License keys, files and downloads, subscriptions, memberships with Discord roles, and services. Themes such as Meridian and Masconi are also ready for physical products, with variants, stock tracking and shipping zones. Everything you sell must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Store and products

Themes, the editor, products, stock, domains and languages.

Pick a theme, then edit it on the live page in the visual editor: click any section to select it, double-click text to change it and reorder sections from the layers panel. A setup checklist shows what is left before launch, and version history lets you restore any earlier snapshot.

Yes. Connect your own domain to your store and SSL is set up for you. Invoice emails, PDFs and invoice pages then use your custom domain too.

Yes. Add as many languages as you need, translate the whole store from one translation table or with AI Translate, and visitors see their language automatically. Prices can be shown in each visitor's currency.

Products are edited in a full-width editor with tabs and unsaved-changes protection. The Stock page shows stock per product and variant, days of cover and a needs-attention filter, and manages keys per variant. Product security rules let you block VPN and proxy traffic or limit purchases per customer.

Yes. Open the code editor whenever a change goes beyond the visual editor, or connect your own agent through MCP. The Obsidian theme is written in Liquid, so every file can be changed.

Yes. Staff panels give team members access with permissions you choose. Staff panels are part of the paid plans; the limits for each plan are on the pricing page.

Payments and payouts

Payment methods, fees, invoices, payouts and refunds.

Cards through gateways you connect, such as Stripe, PayTR and iyzico; cryptocurrencies paid straight to your own wallet; and custom methods such as bank transfer and gift cards, which you can limit to specific countries. Local methods such as Shopier and bank account transfers are supported as well.

Crypto payments go directly to your own wallet once they confirm on the network. Card payments are settled by the gateway you connect, on that gateway's schedule.

You pay your plan price, and PapelShip+ has 0% fees on crypto and on card and POS payments. The crypto and POS fees for each plan are listed on the pricing page. You can also set payment method fees per store, product or variant.

Yes. Every theme includes a cart with discount codes and a single-page checkout.

Each order has an invoice you can design in the invoice builder: section order, an expiry timer, social links, fonts, logo style and which payment methods appear. Crypto invoices show the address, confirmations and transaction live, and every invoice carries fraud signals such as VPN, proxy and TOR checks.

Purchases from a store are between the buyer and that store, so each merchant sets their own refund policy. Buyers should contact the store first. The Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases and for PapelShip's own subscriptions.

BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT and USDC, plus TRX, BNB, DOGE, BCH and DASH.

No. Crypto payments go directly to your own wallet. Keeping that wallet and its private keys secure is your responsibility, as the security overview explains.

Yes. Connect crypto gateways and POS APIs so customers can pay in store or online, and manage every channel from one dashboard. See Crypto POS.

The crypto payment card shows the network, the address and a QR code, so customers can check before they send. A payment sent on a different network than the invoice shows may not be matched to the order. If that happens, the customer should contact the store with the transaction hash.

Yes. Integrate custom POS APIs and card terminals alongside crypto checkout, and see their transactions next to your online orders. The POS API guide walks through the integration.

When a payment confirms, the key, file or subscription is delivered straight away: it appears on the order page and arrives by email. There is nothing to send by hand.

The order waits. As soon as you add keys, they are delivered automatically to orders that are still waiting. The needs-attention filter on the Stock page shows low stock before it runs out.

Yes. The customer panel lets buyers follow their orders, subscriptions, reviews and support tickets in one place, and see their license details, including HWID status and remaining time.

Buyers open tickets from your store. Each ticket shows the order summary, tickets can be reopened, and emails go out in your store's branding.

Yes. Connect your Discord server with the guided setup and assign a role to each product variant. Buyers who link their Discord account get the role when they purchase.

Yes. Paid downloads are only available to the buyers who purchased them.

Native SDKs for C and C++, and for C# through the EasyAuth library. Both work with the same dashboard, keys and protections.

On the server. qPapel Auth decides on PapelShip's side whether a key is valid, active and bound to the right hardware, and rolling session keys refresh with every session. Binaries are also hardened against debugging and memory dumping.

Each key is bound to the hardware ID of the machine that activates it, and the binding is checked on the server. Another machine using the same key is refused and logged, and you can ban the key or the device from the dashboard. Read more in What is HWID locking?

From the customer panel, where they can request a reset themselves. A per-key reset cooldown lets honest customers change machines without letting a key move between PCs every day.

Values and files that stay on PapelShip and are delivered only to an authenticated session, so they never ship inside your binary. The Free plan includes a few; paid plans include more.

Yes. Remote Settings let you change detection logic, behaviour and variables from the dashboard, and Session Token Enforcement can limit session length or lock sessions to an IP address, all without a new build.

Both are supported. EasyAuth is the newer library and adds C# support; the Default Library remains fully usable. The changelog has the release notes for each.

qPAnalyzer and protection

Runtime detection, false positives and leaked builds.

AI-assisted analysis that watches licensed machines in real time for debuggers and cracking tools, including renamed and custom ones that a blacklist would miss. It is included with PapelShip+.

Security signals about the environment your application runs in, shown in your dashboard. Findings collect in the Threat Vault, and the Computers page shows recently banned machines and suspicious activity.

Mark the finding as Not a threat in the Threat Vault, and add tools you trust to the per-product whitelist, with custom instructions for the analyzer if you need them.

Binary Trace tracks builds and detects when customers share your files with others, Build Control stops files being modified or patched, and Suspicious Screenshot captures what happened when suspicious activity is detected. Which plans include these tools is shown on the pricing page.

Follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy: send the affected product, steps to reproduce and the impact you observed, and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosing it.

Upgrade whenever you need to from your dashboard. Plans are available monthly or yearly, and yearly billing is discounted; see pricing.

Yes. Staff panels and reseller accounts have their own permissions, so you can grant support or key-generation access without sharing your account. Remove access as soon as someone no longer needs it.

License keys, hardware identifiers, session and validation events, and the order records needed to run your store. How long data is kept, and who processes it on PapelShip's behalf, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
