Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PapelShip ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PapelShip platform, including our website, API, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

PapelShip is a comprehensive digital commerce and software protection platform that provides two fully integrated services under a single unified ecosystem:

1. PapelShip Storefront

PapelShip Storefront is a digital storefront and automated fulfillment system that enables users to:

  • Create, brand, and customize online stores.

  • List, sell, and automatically deliver digital products, license keys, subscriptions, and downloadable files.

  • Accept payments through multiple payment methods, including cryptocurrencies and traditional POS payment gateways.

  • Access real-time analytics, order tracking, and merchant management tools.

2. qPapel License Management & Authentication

qPapel is an enterprise-grade software authentication and license protection system built specifically for software developers:

  • Dedicated SDK and API support strictly optimized for C++ and C# applications.

  • License key generation, activation, and automated delivery.

  • Real-time license validation via high-availability server endpoints.

  • Hardware identification (HWID) binding, anti-tamper security, and memory protection routines.

  • Multi-tier reseller management, custom sub-licensing, and wallet tracking.

The Service is provided through various tiers and subscription plans, each with distinct features and commission rates as outlined on our pricing page.

User Accounts and Registration

To access the platform, manage a storefront, or deploy qPapel authentication, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and API secret keys.

  • Accept full responsibility for all transactions, software distributions, and activities that occur under your account.

  • Notify us immediately at support@papelship.com upon detecting any unauthorized access or security breach.

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).

You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, transfer your account without explicit permission, or attempt to access another user's credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate non-compliant accounts immediately.

3. Payment Processing

Payments on PapelShip are processed via certified third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, WeePay) and native cryptocurrency nodes (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Monero, and others). PapelShip does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.

License Key Management & qPapel Rules

If you integrate and deploy qPapel software licensing in your C++ or C# applications, the following rules apply:

  • Ownership: License keys and software payloads generated via qPapel remain the intellectual property of the account owner. You are responsible for configuring proper authorization logic.

  • API Rate Limits: qPapel authentication endpoints are protected by automated rate limits. Excessive, malicious, or unoptimized API flooding may result in automated IP throttling or temporary key locking.

  • Prohibited Tampering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, patch, or bypass qPapel auth SDKs (C++/C#) or validation endpoints. Any attempt to exploit the authentication layer will result in immediate account termination, HWID blacklisting, and potential legal remedies.

  • HWID Binding: When hardware binding is enabled, license keys are tied to the end user's system profile. Merchants are solely responsible for managing hardware reset requests and user re-activations.

Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of PapelShip and qPapel is strictly governed by our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). You agree not to host, sell, or distribute:

  • Malicious software, RATs, keyloggers, ransomware, or stolen credentials.

  • Phishing scripts, scam templates, or deceptive payment links.

  • Any illegal goods or materials that violate local or international law.

Engaging in carding, payment fraud, rate-limit abuse, or unauthorized exploitation of our qPapel infrastructure will result in an immediate lifetime ban, forfeiture of balance, and reports to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property Rights

The PapelShip platform, qPapel authentication engine, brand assets, logos, design systems, SDKs, and underlying codebase are the exclusive property of PapelShip and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You retain all ownership rights to the digital products, software files, and store assets you upload to PapelShip. By submitting content to the platform, you grant PapelShip a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and fulfilling your sales.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Products & Licenses: Due to the nature of digital goods and instant qPapel key generation, purchases are generally final. Refund eligibility for items sold through individual stores is dictated by each merchant's store policy.

  • Platform Subscriptions: Subscription plan fees (Vaultie / PapelShip+) are non-refundable once activated. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by reaching out to support.

  • Commission Fees: Platform processing and commission fees are non-refundable once a transaction has successfully executed.

Service Availability & Modifications

While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target for PapelShip and qPapel authentication endpoints, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation. Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, network outages, or third-party infrastructure events.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We are not liable for operational downtime caused by external network disruptions or hosting provider maintenance.

Termination & Account Freezes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PapelShip immediately, without prior notice, in cases involving:

  • Direct breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or carding attempts.

  • Attempting to bypass or exploit the qPapel security layer.

  • Formal legal requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon account termination, access to your storefront, active qPapel license keys, and API credentials will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPELSHIP AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR THE QPAPEL AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM.

PAPELSHIP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PAPELSHIP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal frameworks, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising from these Terms, you agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting legal@papelship.com. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be settled through binding individual arbitration or appropriate local courts, waiving any right to participate in class actions.
